• Gather Essential Information: We will collect reference websites for design inspiration, analyze competitors for keyword research, and review any targetable keywords you suggest.
• Design Elements Collection: We gather all brand-specific assets, including fonts, logos, and design elements, to ensure brand consistency.

2. Customized Proposal & Contract Agreement

Following the initial consultation, we craft a proposal tailored to your specific needs:

• Develop a Tailored Proposal: This includes the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs, all customized to meet your business goals.
• Review & Finalize: We will review the proposal with you to ensure it aligns with your expectations. Once approved, we proceed to draft a contract.
• Sign the Agreement: The contract formalizes our partnership and marks the official start of our collaboration.

3. Mockup Design & Approval | Week 1

With the contract in place, we move forward with the website’s mockup design:

• Create a Visual Blueprint: We develop a detailed mockup of your website’s layout, design, and content, focusing on colors, typography, and imagery.
• Feedback & Iteration: A Figma link is provided for desktop viewing. We encourage feedback, and we refine the mockup until it closely matches the desired final layout.
• Internal Page Layouts: Typically, internal pages follow a standard layout; however, specific mockups can be created as needed.

4. Site Build & Development | Weeks 3-4

Once the mockup is approved, the development of your website begins:

• Implement Design in WordPress: We start with the homepage, building the site on a staging server.
• Desktop Testing: A URL will be shared for desktop testing, where you can request minor adjustments before we proceed with other pages.
• Content Page Creation: We build all content-based pages, ensuring consistency with the approved design.

5. Testing, Final Adjustments & Live Deployment

Before launching your website, we perform a series of tests and final adjustments:

• Mobile Responsiveness: We make sure the entire site is mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.
• Live Deployment: Once approved, your site is moved to the live server hosted by Belltech.
• Google Analytics & SEO Setup: We set up Google Analytics (if not already provided) and install basic SEO plugins to enhance your site’s online presence.

6. Training, Ongoing Support & Continuous Improvement

Our commitment to your success doesn’t end at launch:

• Training Sessions: We provide training for managing your site and any tools we've implemented.
• Ongoing Support: Our team remains available for support, and we offer additional services such as SEO and digital marketing.

Client Provisions & Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless process, we require the following:

• High-Resolution Logos & Images: If unavailable, we will use stock imagery.
• Business Email ID: For submission pages, with security features like SendGrid and ReCaptcha.
• Domain Access: The domain should reside in a client-owned GoDaddy account. We require delegated access for live deployment.
• SSL Certificate: Provided by Belltech, with assistance for email setup if needed.
• Provide all social media profiles and directories that are relevant. (Facebook, Instagram), X (Formally Known as Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, GBP (Google Business Profile), TripAdvisor, Yelp!, BBB (Better Business Bureau) HomeAdvisor, etc.

Timelines & Content Preparation

Please note that timelines may vary based on client inputs and requested changes. We recommend having all inner page content ready in advance to ensure a timely and efficient site build.
